This site collects almost nothing.

What it collects

Two things, and only when you act. When you submit a request, the form sends Core Creek your name, your work email, the organization you name, and whatever context you choose to write.

Separately, as any web host does, the server keeps a short technical log of each request: the IP address, the browser's user-agent string, and a timestamp. That log exists to keep the site available and to stop abuse. It is discarded on a rolling basis and is never joined to anything you submit.

How it is used

To answer your inquiry and to judge whether the work fits. Core Creek reads the request, replies to it, and assesses the engagement. Your submission is not added to a marketing list, is not used to train any model, and is not repurposed for anything beyond the conversation you started.

Who else sees it

Core Creek, and the mail service that carries the message. A request reaches Core Creek directly. No customer-relationship platform, lead broker, or analytics vendor sits in the path. The one processor involved is the transactional email service that delivers your message and the reply, and it handles the message only to transmit it.

What it never does

It does not track you. There are no advertising tags, no behavioral cookies, and no cross-site identifiers anywhere on this site. Because the site does no tracking, a Do Not Track signal changes nothing here: there is nothing to switch off.

Core Creek does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under California law those terms carry specific meaning, and Core Creek does neither.

How long it is kept

As long as the inquiry is live, and no longer once it closes. Core Creek keeps your submission while it evaluates and responds, and through any engagement that follows. When the matter closes, or whenever you ask, the submission is deleted.

How it is protected

Encrypted in transit, and held close. The site is served only over HTTPS, so submissions travel encrypted. Access to what you send is limited to Core Creek.

Your choices

Ask, and it is done. You can request a copy of what Core Creek holds about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion, by writing to the address below. Core Creek will act on the request and confirm when it is complete, at no cost.

Children

This site is built for institutions, not children. It is not directed to anyone under 16, and Core Creek does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

Changes are dated. If this notice changes, the revised version is posted here with a new effective date, and any material change is summarized at the top.
